As I said I succesfully apply the patch and compile the kernel now.

I copy the image.bin to my windows machine in the uclinux-auto_6_30_b directory.
From EDK 6.3 I've dowloded the bitstream to the FPGA (With bootlog program set
as Init BRAM).

Then I run XMD (the xmd.ini contain mhs command as well as mbm one).
Then I type 
    dow -data image.bin 0x80000000
    rwr 32 0x80000000
    con -quit

Nothing happend on the serial link (I've check serial port boad rate in mhs file
wich is 57600 as configured in my hyperteminal session).

I'll continue my investigations and let you know.
