Pavel's initial problem was he mis-connect the CE SRAM pins with GPIO pins, apparently he is able to run TestApp_Memory program. However his kernel hang at boot up (still trying resolving this).
Have you try use auto-config.in from my project files (located at ~project_folder/microblaze_0/libsrc/uclinux_v1_00_c/) to build the kernel image?
