RE : RE : RE : [microblaze-uclinux] Kernel Compilation Error
Dear Augusto,
I've not yet ported Jason Design to ML403. According to my little
experience with uClinux, that kind of stop after delay loop occurs for
two reasons:
-Interrupt are not serviced (you can try an smmal test code using
interrupt to see if they are working)
-The C_DCACHE_ADDR_TAG and C_ADDR_TAG_BITS are not properly sized (they
are used by microblaze to mask current address to determine if current
instruction is cahced or not).
In my case the last point was the reason of stop on calibration delay
loop. This occurs if you manually modify mhs and mss files from an
original design (it was my case because MbVanilla Virtex2 1000 board is
similar to SpartanII LC board).
If you use Platform Studio to create the design then these parameters
are properly set (according to DCACHE and ICACHE you declare)
I'll let you know of my reslults as soon as possible
Regards
Christophe
