You will see nowhere near 450Mhz microblaze performance.
I would use BSB to build two different designs each with a different clock
speed in the drop down box selected. diff the two mhs's and it will be
clear what needs to be changed to get the DCM to generate different clock
frequencies. Keep in mind there is a LOW and HIGH speed setting on the
dcms so you need to be careful about that--I don't remember the details.
