I am not aware of a Linux driver for the ethernetLITE controller -
certainly I've never written one.

It probably wouldn't be hard to do - just base it on the existing
ethernet driver.  Start by comparing the datasheets of the two
controllers, work out the major differences, then see if you can map
that into the driver code.
