[microblaze-uclinux] uClinux application debug

Hi everyone,

I'm please to announce that as of the most recent toolchain release,
user application debug is now supported in mb-uclinux.

Feedback and any problem reports etc welcome.

Currently only single-threaded application debug is supported.  Work on
debugging multithreaded apps (pthread) is underway.
