[microblaze-uclinux] How to upload the kernel throw XPS (Xilinx)

Hello people !
    
    I need some help to upload (or download ??) my kernel to my Xilinx XUPV2P board, with XPS in Windows.
    
    I've managed to build a uClinux kernel sucessfully under linux. But my tools are made for Windows. 
    
    Now I have the image.bin ok, and in the same directory as my project.  I've seen some .sh files to upload the image automatically, but it is  made to run in Linux. How do I do it in Windows ? 
  
  I've tryied to open XMD and type the commands from dl.sh in the shell, but I got some errors, maybe I shouldn't be doing it ...
    
    And do I need a bootloader ? 'Cause in the docs it seems not needed for now ...
