Hope that link works, but I don't know how useful it will be. Sounds like 
you're missing some hardware description files. I know your ISE and EDK 
versions should be basically lock step in version number, maybe you should 
try DLing the latest service packs for both (require registering at 
xilinx.com). Clearly it doesnt know how to expand the primitives for these 
controllers.
