I noticed this same thing in a BSB-produced MHS file the other day (for
an old Insight board, I'm assuming it's the XBD file at fault).  The
system is clocking at 66.666667 MHz (100/1.5) but the uartlite
clock_freq was set to 66000000.

You should correct this in your MHS file - as a recent discussion here
revealed, some PC serial ports are more sensitive than others, when it
comes to RS232 timing.
