John,

   I plan on using the Xilinx SPI core.  I have setup the hardware but I am 
not seeing anything come out of the wires.  I dont have a device on the 
board yet but I want to test the functionality of the SPI core first. 
Thanks for the head up though, I have made a mock-up driver similar to the 
Coldfire driver.  But have yet to perfect it yet.
