 If you want to use the Xilinx opb_emc and opb_sdram controllers, they
MUST be on separate buses.

 I've not used the soft MAC's, however I've had no problems with the
SMSC91C111. It has a mac/phy. You will need ip to interconnect to OPB
bus.
