[microblaze-uclinux]programming flash on v2mb1000 eval board

Hi,
After compiling the uclinux platform the following
images are generated.
[subash@localhost images]$ pwd
/home/subash/uClinux-dist/images
[subash@localhost images]$ ls -l
total 22016

The download program dl.sh downloads image.bin in ram
and the kernel boots ok.
I did try to use the boot loader program from John. It
does allow options to copy the image to Flash.
After doing so when I try to load from Flash it shows
it is copying image from Flash but then hangs.
I might be missing somethings..
What steps should I do to program the flash and with
which image. Anyone who has successfully done this can
elaborate more.
