[microblaze-uclinux] Unable to execute 'make menuconfig'
Hi,
I´m trying to setup uClinux on my phyCORE-LPC2294, but I have a problem
with the gnu-tools. When I start making with 'make menuconfig' in the
folder uClinux-dist the following error occurs:
..........
/bin/sh: cc: command not found
>> Unable to find the Ncurses libraries.
>>
>> You must have Ncurses installed in order
>> to use 'make menuconfig'
..........
I followed the instructions in the document "Getting started uClinux with
LPC22xx" by Philips but it doesn´t work. I´m using the same versions as
specified in the document:
uClinux-dist-20040408.tar.gz
linux-2.6.5.tar.bz2
arm-elf-tools-20040427.sh
I installed the gcc-package from distribution (SuSE 10) and then the 'make
menuconfig' starts working, but when I toggle the option 'Customize Kernel
Settings' in the configuration-wizard it stops with the following error
(extract):
...
scripts/kconfig/mconf.c:92: Error: static declaration of >>current_menu<<
follows non-static declaration
scripts/kconfig/lkc.h:63: Error: previous declaration of >>current_menu<<
was here
...
It would be great if you will have any hints to solve this problem. Many
many thanks in advance!!!
Greetings
Thorsten Kruse
