Hi Kunal,

maybe your outb() doesn't work. Find out where it's implemented in the Linux
libs and put some trace messages in it to see why it doesn't finally access
the LED register. Or try to access the register address directly instead of
outb() to decide whether your app works correctly or the underlying system
has a problem.
