[microblaze-uclinux] Re: uclinux and multiple microblaze

I got some success by connecting only one microblaze (the one running uClinux) to XMD and not attaching the standalone OS microblaze. The boot sequence always complete itself but at random I receive the following error which hangs the complete system:

eth0: device error 8, resetting device.

The source code for uClinux was picked from the tar ball [20060803] at http://www.uclinux.org/pub/uClinux/dist/

I've attached the auto-config.in. Any suggestions are welcome.

I am using Diliglent board based on Virtex-II Pro XC2VP30. I have been able to build a system with single microblaze running uClinux and an application which accepts packet over the network.

In the same setup I have added one more microblaze with standalone OS. My intention is to have the first microblaze as interface to network and rest of the microblaze (at present one) running on the data collected. The problem I am facing in current setup is that the uClinux bootup sequence (as visible on UART) stops at arbritrary location. Any help shall be appreciable.

Both the microblaze are connected to same XMD.
