[microblaze-uclinux] Using ICAP drivers with EDK 8.1 or 8.2

John and others who have used his ICAP drivers ,

Do you know which versions of the Microblaze and ICAP
developers/students have been able to successfully use the ICAP
drivers with? I created a design in EDK 8.2 with MicroBlaze 5.00a and
ICAP 1.00b but using 'cat m1.bit > dev/icap' causes the MicroBlaze
pipeline to stall. I made sure the configuration mode switch was not
set to JTAG to prevent disabling of the SelectMAP interface and m1.bit
is partial bitstream that works fine through the JTAG.

I also have the option of using EDK 8.1 which uses MicroBlaze 4.00a
and ICAP 1.00b. Both EDK 8.1 and 8.2 use the Xilinx obp_hwicap driver
1.00a.

I also installed the drivers by hand, using patch (with other
necessary integration changes) instead of through John's updates to
the kernel distribution. If anyone has been able to get the ICAP
drivers working with 8.1 or 8.2, please let me know so that I can
isolate once I know the HW is still compatible.

Thanks,

David
