I was wondering where this 2.6.19 stuff starting appearing.

What's in the snapgear patch - is it based off the 2.6.13.4 stuff that
xilinx did?

I think I have the make process sorted out, but I guess I need a newer
mb-gcc toolchain on the linux box. 

The xilinx stuff just had the gnu sources so I guess that needs be rebuilt?

I didn't even try to build the released patches directly (2.6.13).  I
took a vanilla 2.6.19, applied the SnapGear 2.6.19-uc0-bigpatch, then
selectively applied the LynuxWorks stuff to create
include/asm-microblaze and arch/microblaze.  Then I just started work on
it until it built without error.

In terms of autoconf.h, for starters I've done a 2.6 auto-config similar
to the way we are doing it for 2.4, I've modified our petalinux BSP
MLD/TCL to generate a 2.6 compatible output file called Kconfig.auto -
source'ing this from the arch/microblaze/Kconfig has exactly the desired
effect.

I'll post something when I'm back in the office on Monday.
