It looks like your timer interrupt is not setup correctly.

BEGIN opb_intc
 PARAMETER INSTANCE = opb_intc_0

Hopefully that is the source of your problem.

The obp_timer is a requirement for uClinux, that's why it was
complaining. It can be defined as the main hardware timer. You should
make sure you also have an interrupt controller if you don't have one
already.
