[microblaze-uclinux] tcpdump in petalinux.

I have tried to compile tcpdump but looks like libpcap is not ready to
be compiled on microblaze:

cd build; ../configure --host=microblaze-uclinux --with-pcap=linux
--with-headers=/home/leonid/lm125/uClinux/petalinux-v0.10-rc1/software/p
etalinux-dist/include)
