[microblaze-uclinux] turning off standard compiler options

I am using the 2.4.32-uc0 kernnel with EDK8.2. I am also building outside
ofthe petlinux tool set.

Quesiton is how do I turn off the normal " -mxl-barrel-shift
-mno-xl-soft-div -mno-xl-soft-mul -mxl-pattern-compare" compilier options?

I ned them to match what is output from the EDK tool.
