Unfortunately I think the problem you describe isn't the same I am
experiencing. As I understand you describe the problem where no packets
are received before a packet is sent (seems to be fixed by issuing a
FlushReceiver() before setting the MAC address by the way).

My problem is that no valid packets are _outputted_ on the ethernet
interface. I have verified that the packets are valid ethernet packets
when leaving the xilinx_ethernetlite driver. The driver also gets the
sent complete callback from the Xilinx layer of the driver. It seems
like the output packet is lost somewhere from the opb_ethernetlite core
and the physical ethernet. I will try to check what is happening on
the MII interface to the PHY ANd draw some conclusions.

Any suggestions are still highly appreciated =)
