[microblaze-uclinux] Updater for petalinux-v0.20-rc1 and -rc2

Hi folks,

As per emails between myself and Mike Dyer over the last few days, a 
gremlin crept in at the last minute affecting the 
"petalinux-new-platform" script for 2.6 kernels.

To that end, I've cut another release - rc3, which is available from 
developer.petalogix.com

however, recognising that people will not want to download a completely 
new distro for a very small fix, I've also released an updater which 
will patch your existing petalinux-v0.20 environment.  You can get it 
also from the front page at developer.petalogix.com

Sorry for the hassle, and as always please keep those bug reports coming!
