I just tried it with my current 2.4 uclinux, and it seems to work poorly there. For instance busybox is still populated with subdirs of apps I haven't chosen. Don't know how the recent PetaLinux behaves.
Thanks anyway. I didn't know 'make prune' before, it's a start and should be improved.
