What do you mean be "boot anything"?
I also have a rev d kit and had some problems with downloading via jtag. The
download seemed ok but when I tried to execute the program failed.
I fixed the problem by justing the configuration jumpers.
They should be (M2:M1:M0) = 0:1:0
