I rebuilt the project using the good serial port. It's Ok now.

It's likely you need to swap the serial connection, LCD design may use DCE and FS-boot one uses DTE, or vice versa.

As far as I can find in the archives, I always see people having no problem with FS-boot.

 

When I upload the prebuilt bitfile from the Xilinx Microblaze / LCD ref design, the device runs and I can see messages on the serial port.

With  the same configuration and whatever the Mode jumpers position, when I upload the prebuilt Spartan 3E500 Rev C bitfile, nothing happends.

 

Other jumpers are in default config.

 

I'm stucked !

Check the archive, there should be a lot of discussion already about the
rev-d version.
But seeing that you can't even start the reference designs, I would
guess, that your mode jumpers are wrong.
