I'm new in this list. I'm from Brazil. My English is not well (sorry).
I'm working in a final school project where the goal is run the snmp protocol at the Xilinx FPGA.
Now the kernel boot, Xilinx network device works fine, but I don't know how start the snmp.
In kernel compiling option (make menuconfig,...) all the snmp programs are checked.
After the kernel boot, the snmpd command is available with some args (eg: snmpd -h host -p port - c community) , but the agent don't respond to the snmp commands (get, snmpwalk).
Can someone help me?
