[microblaze-uclinux] Adding drivers to kernel versions

Hi friends,
I am a newbie and I don't know how can I add drivers to a kernel version.
For example, the kernel 2.4 has the fsl driver but the kernel 2.6 has not
this driver. Instead the kernel 2.6 has the driver to control my Ethernet
port (SMS9118.c) and the version 2.4 has not this driver.
How can I add this drivers?
