I'm not in a position to discuss features of EDK 9.2 and MicroBlaze 7 
before it is released.  However it should suffice to say that a move to 
PLB for MicroBlaze would have little impact on device driver and kernel 
issues.

In terms of PetaLinux support for the latest and greatest features of 
EDK9.2, that will come over time as resources and priorities dictate. 
Contributions from the community are always welcome!
