Thank you, for you answer.

I couldn't see any u-boot log, i can see only the fs-boot.

Anyway; the problem was that i had to change the M1-M3 
configuration on the board.
In order to successfully start the u-boot, only the M2 jumper
shall be plugged on the board, that is only the J-tag configuration shall be enabled.
