I am currently working on the ll_temac driver - basic steps are

1 - backport from git.xilinx.org tree - this is easy

2. update the petalinux BSP scripts to corectly handle the LocalLink 
interfaces, and associated issues - this is harder.  Handling the case 
where both TEMACs on a single device are enabled, is even more tricky.

3. test, test, test :)

When I'm ready for phase 3 I'll push something out for you to try, it 
may be a week or two depending on other tasks.
