RE: [microblaze-uclinux] BUG: at kernel/softirq.c:128 _local_bh_enable()



7.10a will ship with the next version of EDK.  In the meantime, the bug
can also be fixed by using the patched version of microblaze 7.00.b
found in the answer record.  The next version of EDK will also include
support for Virtex2Pro again.

Downgrading may help... There are multiple fixes in the patch, but the
interrupt delivery bug which was likely causing this issue was (I
believe) relatively recent.
