That sounds like a great idea.  As you say probably a bit late for this
year but I'd certainly be happy to review and refine proposals, and act
as mentor on appropriate projects next year (or maybe a Southern
Hemisphere SoC? :)

Would need to check the fine print on international participants, and
remote participation etc.
