Hi Chris,

If you are using the wizard from EDK you are given the choice in the
board hardware setup: you can choose either one or both of the serial
controller peripherals in your hardware design.
If you do not want to use the wizard (again), the solution is also
very easy. Just change the pin locations of the tx and rx pins; the
rest of the configuration can remain the same. I cannot give you the
exact locations, because it is not entirely clear which board you are
using, but this can be found in the board's documentation.
