Hi Sebastian,

The problem appears to be when converting the BRAM contents to INIT 
attributes in the simulation VHDL.  This could be a number of reasons, 
maybe the ELF contents are too large for the BRAM, or you are using an 
invalid BRAM size for your target architecture?  Is the tmpucf.ucf file 
left around after processing, maybe it can tell you something.

You might like to try posting your question to the comp.arch.fpga 
newsgroup, it's a more general FPGA audience.

Also, put in a Xilinx WebCase - I've had excellent results with them for 
a few issues recently.
