Attached is the patch - there's a reasonable chance it won't apply
cleanly as it is part of a pending series I have in my internal tree.
However, all of the hard work is done, resolving any conflicts manually
should be pretty straight forward.
Basically I've pulled the PPC PCI support out, and massaged it to fit.
It works well in my experience here, but no doubt there'll be a few
minor things to iron out.
