[microblaze-uclinux] compiling microblaze-uclinux toolchain sources

Hi all,

I am trying to compile the microblaze gcc toolchain myself from the
sources on http://www.petalogix.com/resources/downloads/resources/downloads/mb-gcc.
The build is successful, however, the resulting tools do not produce
bflt binaries that can run on uclinux, but elf images that are linked
with libxil.a, etc.

My question is: are the microblaze tools that are included as binaries
in the petalinux distribution different from the ones mentioned above?
If so, is there a way to obtain the sources for the uclinux port?
If not, can someone provide me with information on how to configure
and build the sources mentioned above which result in a uclinux
compiler, rather than a microblaze standalone version.

Thanks in advance,

Regards,

Tommy Kamps
