Hi John and Philippe,

I have just tested it on the current svn head and I haven't seen this problem.
As John wrote you should do full svn update from root (especially tools folder).

For sure: Please look at tools (petalinux-dir)/tools/linux-i386/
You should see there microblaze-glibc-root folder.
