Please send full kernel log.
Which kernel version do you use? MMU or noMMU version.

From part of log which you send me seems you use noMMU version. There is
interesting that you need 100k of memory for noMMU kernel.

Please look at pre-built folder in hardware directory and use this design and of
course in vendor folder are prepared config files for this platform. Please test
 it first.
