Hi Jim,

you use any older petalinux version. You are right in newest Microblaze CPU
(from EDK10.1) is changed clock handling. Parameter which rewrite is set as
deprecated. For correct behavior please update petalinux bsp in
hardware/edk_user_repository from svn repo. There is fixed this issue.
