Seems my same configuration. Tried both with and without mini-agent
enabled.

I could not start snmpd without enabling large allocs. It refused to
start complaining about not being able to allocate enough memory (or
something similar).

I'm using latets petalinux build available (v0.30-rc1) and kernel 2.6. I
think I'll need to dig a bit more into the problem.
