RE: [microblaze-uclinux] LL_TEMAC does not auto-negotiate

I have encountered similar problems - eventually I found that the RX
Reject field in the ll_temac interrupt register was being set preventing
ping from working!
 
There is a problem with the physical layer DCM phase shift in the gmii -
currently under investigation by Xilinx. Last I heard they may have
fixed it but it will require an IP update which has not been released
yet. 

You could try adding the following line to the implementation\system.ucf
- in the GMII Receiver side DCM constraints section

            "INST *gmii_rxc_dcm PHASE_SHIFT = 76"

This allowed me to use gigabit speeds but I would still occasionally
drop the odd frame(Not critical if using TCP)

Let me know if you get anywhere with this - I ran out of time to
investigate further.
