Spartan3E500 and Spartan3E1600 are supported. Your previous question was around
size of memory.
The right question is what you want to do with it. If you want to run only your
simple application on linux I believe you can run linux on 1MB memory but
without any other functionality. If you want to have shell and any linux apps
you need more.
Size of memory always depend on your requirements.
