Hi,

in my designs for a ML405 (Virtex4-FX20 speed grade -10C) the Xilinx
software usually reports about 135 MHz achievable for the Microblaze
core. The whole system is even slower reaching 100 MHz but no more. 400
Mhz seems to be way to high. What maximum delay does your synthesis run
report?
