Re: [microblaze-uclinux] no login prompt after uclinux boot

The tty settings were missing in romfs/etc/inittab, so I added manually the line Wendy suggested. After I recompiled the image, finally the prompt was there, but it acts strangely. 

Have a look at the console dump:

- no login is required; typing root on the login prompt leads to 'root: not found' message
- system automatically logged me in; actually login is not needed
- after a command is issued (e.g. ls), other commands do not work immediatelly; for example, if I type 'pwd', console returns 'wd: not found'; however, if a space is typed before a command, that command works OK
- system hangs after 1 or 2 minutes; 'Password:' prompt is printed and then nothing can be typed on the console

Have you experienced similar behavior before?
