I pushed -rc4 out today, it contains some minor bug fixes relating to
the deleted platforms, as well as the updates to the petalinux TCL
scripts required for EDK11.1. You can just tweak the download URL in
the obvious manner to grab rc4.
New registrations will get the latest, and I'll also push out the
updater script tomorrow, that will rev any v0.40-rc* release up to -rc4.
And the website[1] says 'PetaLinux v0.40-rc1 released'. I think it
should probably read 'PetaLinux v0.40-rc4 released'.
