Just run it without any parameters to see the usage:
$ petalinux-jtag-boot
The most basic usage is like this:
$ petalinux-jtag-boot -a <address> -i <image file>
You should run it from the same directory as the EDK project, so it
can find the system.xmp file.
You can't use jtag-boot for flash programming, its purpose is purely
to load image files (kernel mostly, but can do u-boot) into system
RAM, and boot them.
