I putted "source ./settings.sh " in petalinux root
directory...

Ubuntu 9.04... I tried to use RedHat Enterprise 4
but ISE EDK installation did'nt work...and in Ubuntu did.
Look, The fact is that no "petalinux-XXX-XXXX"
command works for me....I did 'nt put "petalinux-new-platform" command in
the beginning, I started with "make menuconfig " and then all hardware
stuff...
Now I'm see that no "petalinux-copy-autoconfig"
command work , I will try to copy autonfig.ini and Kconfig.auto into
linux-2.6.x/arch/microblaze/platform/Xilinx_Spartan3E500-D
directory....I am seeing there is already a Kconfig.auto ( I have to see if it
is the same that one I have in microblaze_0/petalinux directory , if I have to
overwrite it...)

My hardware step finished OK, no errors, 9
warnings, I do not why the "petalinux-copy-autconfig" command doesn' t work,
it gives me error "line 52 ilegal -1". I would like to continue without
"petalinux-copy-autconfig" command, but I have not found what exactly it
does...
If anyone knows, please....
It has already been suggested problem may be related to the shell
used. Please tell us the output of this command:
ls -al
${SHELL}
what Linux distribution are you using on your
