Re: [microblaze-uclinux] U-Boot doubt

Hi,

I have Ubuntu 9.04, It can't recognize my Spartan3E. I'm wonder I can do all
my kernel project in Ubuntu and then, copy the files to Windows to download it to
Starter Kit.

I have an error : " no U-boot project detected.."
I marked in "make menuconfig" tool the "build U-Boot" choice...but.anything else, I wonder if it is everything for U-Boot works...

I wonder if it is necessary to Ubuntu recognize my Spartan3E to build the
kernel, and U-BOOT error is because of that, or it is an
independent step, so I could do all necesary images in Linux and then copy
to Windows only for downloading. If this last one is true, so the error I
have because U-boot is due to something I'm doing wrong (or miss). If not, I gotta
spend my energy to make Ubuntu 9.04 recognize my Spartan3E Starter Kit.

Any advice ?....

Thanks, Orlando.
