 Our Facilities

In April 2007 MedTeQ won a Smart State Innovation Building Fund grant to develop a world class facility in the General Purpose South Building at University of Queensland's St Lucia Campus.

In September 2007 the building works at the School of Information Technology and Electrical Engineering began. The labs are located on the first floor of General Purpose South Building on the St Lucia campus at The University of Queensland. The main works took approximately 10 weeks to complete, and the last of the fit will be completed in late February 2008. The lab will provide a home for several postdoctoral researchers working on the cardiac and breast imaging projects, as well as the virtual microscopy unit. The electronics lab will primarily be used for biomedical engineering student projects.
