An access policy is the formal set of rules by which a node owner agrees to operate their node. This allows potential peers to know what they're allowed to do and to make node owners think about what they are letting other people do to their node.
As yet, there are no standard access policy URLs. If you come up with one that you think other people could use, please contact me and I'll give it a version number, a static URL and add it to this page.
